RESHOOT-OR-REFUND GUARANTEE

REFUNDS

I am so certain you will love your senior session pictures that I offer a satisfaction guarantee on all senior sessions.

If you don’t love your senior pictures, simply let me know and I’ll reshoot for free or refund your session fee.

If you are unsatisfied with your senior pictures, you must notify the Photographer via email within 24 hours of receiving digital proofs and request a reshoot or refund.

This offer is made in good faith and does not apply to missed/skipped sessions (no-shows), late-shows, or sessions booked with the purpose to defraud the Photographer, et al. This refund offer only applies to the original paid session fee and does not include any other costs or expenses associated with the shoot - including, but not limited to, hair and makeup, venue fees, parking fees, etc.

You acknowledge if a reshoot or refund is requested, all digital copies of the images must be destroyed and may not be kept. You also acknowledge that images from the shoot will not be available for purchase later, though they may still appear on social, print, advertising, etc. promoting Andrew Dodson Photography, LLC.

Reshoots will be of the same session as originally purchased.

Posting any images on social media before the 24-hour evaluation period expires confirms your satisfaction with the images and nullifies the Guarantee.

The Reshoot-or-Refund Guarantee only applies to full senior sessions (Modeling Session, Influencer Session, and Creator Session). No other sessions or mini-sessions are covered by this policy. Prepaid sessions/mini-sessions are explicitly excluded from this Guarantee.
